1. Acceptance

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Premiumsport.tv, operated by [Legal Entity], a Delaware corporation (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Each account is for personal household use; concurrent streams are limited by your plan. We may suspend accounts showing patterns of sharing across unrelated households.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Auto-Renewal

Plan features and prices are shown at checkout and incorporated by reference. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method for fees and applicable taxes. Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the next billing date. Promotional rates apply only to the initial term. Event Passes (including World Cup 2026 passes) do not auto-renew. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel anytime in account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. California residents may cancel and obtain a full refund within 72 hours of initial purchase under Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 17602.

5. License & Permitted Use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream content for personal, non-commercial use within the territory where we are licensed to provide it, on supported devices. All other rights are reserved.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You will not: (a) use the Service for public or commercial exhibition (bars, hotels, etc.) without a separate written agreement; (b) copy, record, redistribute, or rebroadcast any content; (c) circumvent geo-restrictions, DRM, or other security; (d) use VPNs, proxies, scrapers, or bots; (e) share credentials outside your household; or (f) violate any law or third-party right.

7. Live Sports & Geo-Restrictions

Live events depend on third-party rights holders and may be subject to blackouts, delays, postponement, relocation, or cancellation. We do not guarantee that any specific match, event, or feed will be available. The Service is offered only in territories where we are licensed; we use IP-based detection and may suspend accounts that evade these restrictions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and other materials are owned by Premiumsport or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international IP laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you. To submit a DMCA notice, contact our designated agent at the address in Section 14.

9. User Content

If you submit comments, ratings, or other materials, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use them in connection with the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to do so.

10. Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or suspend or terminate your account, at any time without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or that continued service would create legal or security risk. Upon termination your license ends immediately.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR US$100.

13. Governing Law, Arbitration & Class Waiver

These Terms are governed by Delaware law (excluding conflict-of-laws rules). Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS in San Francisco, California, under its Streamlined Rules; you may also bring qualifying claims in small-claims court. YOU AND PREMIUMSPORT WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You may opt out of arbitration by writing to us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.

14. Changes & Contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
